We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while performing light assembly tasks to support our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document all deliveries using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer.
• Conduct stock replenishment and organize inventory within the shipping room to optimize space utilization.
• Perform light assembly tasks such as packaging components or assembling products as needed to support order readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during shipping & receiving activities while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, e-commerce logistics, and basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order picking & packing.
• Basic understanding of packaging standards and order picker operation to streamline shipment preparation.
