Location: Care Resources (PACE Program) Grand Rapids and Lowell 
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Weekend Rotation Every 4–6 Weeks

We’re looking for a Home Health Aide who thrives in a friendly, team-oriented environment and is passionate about making a difference. What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and meal preparation
• Support participants with recreational and social activities
• Deliver care in participants’ homes with compassion and respect

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• 1 year of direct care experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to pass a physical exam and background check

• Bi-weekly paychecks with Next-Day Pay option
