New Reporting Requirements for Businesses Under the Corporate Transparency Act

Beginning January 1, 2024, legal entities may have obligations under the Corporate Transparency Act (the “CTA”), which includes reporting certain information on behalf of an entity’s beneficial owners and company applicants. The obligations imposed by the CTA are time-sensitive, and failure to comply with the provisions of the CTA may result in penalties. Join us for this informative session to understand how the CTA could impact your business:
 

• Determine if your business is considered a reporting company subject to the CTA
• Required information Beneficial Owners and Company Applicants need to provide
• Timeline of submitting information and the penalties that can result from non-compliance
• Identify key documents to have in place to satisfy any future reporting requirements
