DESCRIPTION:Community Clean-Up Day is Saturday\, September 29th.  Persons within the Lowell Area Schools district can come with up to one truck or trailer full of stuff to throw in dumpsters. Go to www.discoverlowell.org for more information.\n\n \n\n	Boy Scouts   metal recycling\n	Comprenew   office & household electronics\, computer component & accessories\n	\n		A recycling fee will be charged for CRTs (cathode Ray Tube) TVs and monitors\, based on screen size\n		27" or below - $10 cash / 28" or above - $20 cash\n	\n	\n\n\n\n	Lowell Light & Power*   Room ACs and dehumidifiers (LL&P customers receive $15 rebate)\, all refrigerators and freezers (LL&P customers receive $50 rebate 10'-30')\n\n	\n		*LL&P customers' appliances must turn on to receive rebate.\n	\n	\n	Kent County DPW*   hazardous wastes and any tires (limit 6 per household)\n	\n		Will accept hazardous wastes and tires from anyone in Kent County\n	\n	\n\n\n\n	Lowell Police Department - ammunition
