DESCRIPTION:CALL FOR 2025 AWARD NOMINATIONS!\nEach year the Chamber recognizes businesses for their contribution to our community. Keeping with tradition\, we are asking each of our Chamber Members to nominate a business of their choice for the awards listed below. After the nominations are submitted\, the Chamber Board of Directors will choose the final recipients. Awards will be presented at the Annual Gathering of the Membership in February.\n\n \n\nYour award nominations must be detailed.  A separate form for each award is linked below. Awards cannot be awarded twice. Past award recipients are listed on each nomination form.\n\n \n\nDATE FOR NOMINATIONS EXTENDED! The business must demonstrate the following qualities and be a Chamber member:\n\n\n	Business must demonstrate the ability to improve the economic base within the Greater Lowell Community\n	New business or a new venture of an existing business within the Greater Lowell Community\n\nClick here for the New Business nomination form!\n\n \n\nPERSON OF THE YEAR AWARD\n\nPerson of the Year Award   Chosen by the Selection Committee consisting of the last 5 award recipients from nominations submitted:\n\n\n	Over time\, the candidate has freely donated considerable time to the community\, school district\, church\, or humanity.  This is over and above the demands of their regular profession\n	The community is a better place in which to live because of the efforts of the candidate\n	The candidate positively promotes the community in both word and action\n	The candidate possesses new and innovative ideas that benefit the community\n	The candidate cannot be a Chamber Board/Foundation Board member at the time of nomination \n\n\nClick here for the Person of the Year nomination form.
