Christmas Through Lowell Organiztional Meeting

Please plan on joining us Wednesday, October 19, at 7:00 p.m., for our 2016 Christmas Through Lowell (CTL) organizational meeting at the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, 113 Riverwalk Plaza.  We encourage all vendors—new or repeaters—to attend.  It is a must for new vendors so that you can be informed of details and info regarding CTL.  Our business locations, A-P may make arrangements to pick up your information from the Chamber any Tuesday-Friday after October 19^th. 
 
Note:  If you haven’t returned all requested information – insurance coverage, recipe (Party Foods), grand prize donation – be sure to bring that with you on the 19^th. 
 
At the meeting, you will receive your Christmas Tree sign, brochures and stamp cards.  This meeting provides a good opportunity to hear what makes a successful CTL weekend for vendor locations and what to be cautious about.  There is a $10 deposit due that will be refunded to you when you return the tree(s) following the CTL event.   
 
Thank you for choosing to participate in our 25^th anniversary.  We have 50 locations, with multiple vendors at several, so this year’s show will be as great as ever.  We welcome several new sites to this year’s three-day event.
